Ocean Business Centre shall exclusively now and hereinafter own all rights, title and interest therein. Ocean Business Centre will be free to use any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever.

11-Online Transactions

This Site provides a secure online sign-up system for Ocean Business Centre Virtual Office services. Payments made through this Site are only for the first initial month of subscribed Virtual Office services, and subsequent months will be invoiced and charged separately. The respective terms and conditions of the subscribed Virtual Office services are indicated on the third step of the online sign-up process.

12-Applicable Law

These Terms and Condition of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sultanate of Oman for any action arising from these Terms and Condition of Use.
